I was waiting for this day for over a year, folks. One whole year! When Brittany and Sean booked me last August, the countdown to their PERFECT woodland wedding at Treehouse Point was officially on. On a hot and smoky (thanks to the forest fires that were burning both north and south of us…) August afternoon nestled in amongst treehouses full of DIY touches (like those stunning table numbers and signs that Brittany painted by hand!), and overflowing with good food from Skillet the two tied the knot surrounded by their friends and families who flew in from across the country to celebrate with them. Sean even went so far as to surprise Brittany with their beloved pup Clover escorting him down the aisle! The newlyweds snuck a way to share private vows written for each other before the night wrapped up with a few songs preformed by the groom and his mates and a killer dance party put on by DJ Craig at Bugsie Productions. The attention to detail combined with the amount of love that Brittany and Sean have for each other really set their celebration apart for me, and left it’s mark in a beautiful and profound way.
