When I showed up for Kristi and Spencer’s backyard wedding tucked away on the peninsula just outside of Seattle and Kristi told me they’d just rewatched Father of the Bride I knew I was in for a treat. My girl Lauren of Flying Anchor Event Design helped them pull off the perfect intimate event in their beautifully landscaped terraced backyard, while the team from Harry’s Fine Foods filled the gorgeous farm style tables with the most delicious and spectacular meal of all time. This wedding was an absolute dream, and I would encourage all couples planning a wedding to consider a backyard soiree based on the smashing success this event shaped up to be.
One thing that’s for SURE is that Hanna and Dan know how to throw an amazing party. When we sat down to talk about their wedding day dreams they both kept circling back to how it was important that they create a day that felt like the two of them at the core and would feature a killer dance party. Their wedding last month lived up to the hype and beyond! A standing-room-only ceremony, a life size Tom Selleck cut-out, tacos, churros for dessert, late night Dick’s burgers, and an actual lap dance in the middle of the floor?! Yeah. A killer party indeed.

Sarah and Sydney had been planning their Black Diamond Gardens wedding for a year and a half when their day finally came to fruition last month. These two know how to party, and with an amazing team of vendors at their sides it was a perfect celebration of their amazing journey together.
